No Business Partner created automatically in PPOMA_CRM

Hi

We have been trying to create an Organizational Model for our Support Team to be used in Service Desk. However, when creating this Org Model (consisting of Teams and Team Members), a Business Partner is not being created and assigned directly to each object in that model. The columns in that transaction for each model are Assignment Plan (CRM), Code, ID, Business Partner, Valid From....etc.

Now, the documentation states that the system automatically creates and assigns a BP but its not doing it.

Alternatively, we tried creating BPs in transaction BP but are not able to assign them within the Org Model.

Can someone please help? We have been stuck for hours without much progress.
