How to remove Table control vertical and horizontal scrolling bars

Hi i am using table control to dispaly some table details and capturing the changes and updating the same table .

The tot no of columns and rows are fixed so i dont want to display Horizontal and vertical scroll bars .

kindly help me how to do this.
