What is the advantage of applying service pack sp 16 Ep 6.0 to SP 22

Hi

We are planning to install SP22 in Ep 6.0 .Currenltly we are running Sp 16.Before the update I have to give the advantages of installin these service packs.

Can any one say how to find the diff from SP16 to SP22..

Any documents which says about adavantges?
