ITSM - Analytics: Enhancment spot - AI_CRM_IM_ENH_BW_EXTRACT

Dear SAP Community,

It says:

You can maintain customer own fields in the CRM using the Application Enhancement Tool or [LS1] Easy Enhancement Workben[FT2] ch, and the customer fields maintained can also be available for reporting. For this purpose enhancement spot AI_CRM_IM_ENH_BW_EXTRACT can be used.

I have now added an Enhancment Implementation for enhancement spot: AI_CRM_IM_ENH_BW_EXTRACT
but the data is not filled automatically in the ITSM - Multiprovider Cubes.
(Cubes and Datasources are all active, have checked that)

Do you have any Ideas, as to how to trigger this enhancement implementation?
