Enterprise Question

Currently I am using standalone RAS server and want to migrate all my reports to Business objects Enterprise.My reports uses stored procedure.

1)If I migrate from RAS to BOE, do I need to make any change in my report or stored procedure ?

2)What advantages does BOE offer over RAS in terms of performance of report or application ?
