FR14- workflow

Hi All-

we have a requirement for workflow for tcode FR14.our SAP version is 4.6 and FR14 tcode does not exist in SAP version 6.0.In FR14 we have a field called amount.when the amount exit a certain limit e.g. 50 EUR, the work flow should get triggered and send mail to manager.

Can any one help me giving relevant object type for the workflow and a brief idea about how to processed for the workflow.
