Tracking the sales of a sales employee without the HR Module?

Hi

What can I do to track the sales of a sales employee without the HR Module?

If i create the sales employee as a partner function, can i link that to the sales group and sales area?

All usefull advise will be appreciated.

You can do it with the help of SAP user ID, because each sales employee will carry his own user id.
