Hi,

You want to know more information of idoc,

visit t.code WEDI.

you can find differnt basic types of idoc in 'WE60'.

by pressing f4 at basic type

based on requiremnt, we will use the idocs.

similarly, for bapi's also.

based on requiremnt we will use.

u want more inforamtion of bapi's, visist t.code

se37(by pressing f4, u will find differnet types of bapis's with description))

The IDOCS for Master data are

Customer master--DEBMAS

vendor master----CREMAS

Material Master---MATMAS

for transaction data-for InvoiceINVOIC

sales order--ORDERS

For RFC you can go to BAPI tcode and check the all BAPI for creation or change. Those are the RFC you can use.

ORDERS----To send the Purchase Orders and as well as for Sales orders

MATMAS---To Send the material Master data from SAP

INVOIC----to send the Invoice from SAP

If you come to Retail Sector means

Outbound IDOCu2019s (From SAP to POS)

1. To send Article Master (WP_PLU03)

2. To send Barcodes(EAN Master) (WP_EAN01)

3. For Stock Transfers(STO Details) (ZWMMBID02)

4. To send Physical Inventory (WVINVE01)

5.To send Merchandise Hierarchy (WPDWGR01)

Inbound IDOCu2019s (From POS to SAP)

1. Aggregated Sales Data (WPUUMS01)

2. Means of Payment (WPUTAB01)

3. Stock Adjustments (WVINVE01)

4. Goods Receipts (WPUWBW01)

Store to Store transfers and Store Returns to DC (WPUWBW01)

6. Store Special orders (WGSREQ02)

You can see the List of All Idocs and its Purpose of use in We60

And For RFC/BAPI list in Se37 also
