Two Templates of visit survey and seniding it via Email

Hi everyone,

I have two questions regarding to Visit Summary template in C4C.

1) I want to know can we generate two types of template, I mean two different types of template with different fields? Or we can have just one Visit Survey template?

2) If I am right in the 1802 we can export the survey as PDF. Is there any functionality in C4C that we can send the result via Email to related Customers or internal employees?

Any help would be appreciate.

Hi Sin,

Assigning different templates to different Surveys Ids would be possible in a coming release.

The survey summary generated can be downloaded and then you can send a mail separately. We do not have an automated process to send the survey summary as an email once it is generated.

Thanks and Regards,
Ashwini

Hi Ashwini,

Thank you very much for your response.
It is good that it is considered in a future release.

Hi ashwinikumar.dalai,

any update regarding the usage of different survey template? I copied to standard survey summary form and published it with another name. But however, I cannot chose while generating the survey summary which form template I want to chose. So I assume, this feature still does not existis? Or am I testing wrong...

logan_skg: Do you eventually know if it is possible to use multiple form templates for survey summaries? (In order to generate different PDF files for different surveys / chose it manually with form you want to generate would be great)

Thanks and Regards, Deborah

Hello Ashwini,

Can you please let us know if sending a Survey Summary automatically via email to the customer will be considered for future releases? It would be a great feature for our customer, both for survey summaries and visit summaries in general.

Thank you,
