wht issue

while i was trying to post a payment i encountered the following error.

ERROR MESSAGE 81017

COULD NOT DETERMINE THE YEAR FOR TDS CERTIFICATE NO.

DIAGNOSIS

THE EXCISE YEAR COULD NOT BE DETERMINED FOR GENERATING THE NUMBERS FOR TDS CERTIFICATE. THE NUMBER REANGE IS LINKED TO THE EXCISE YEAR AND NOT ON THE FINANCIAL YEAR DIRECTLY.

PROCEDURE

CHECK THE CUSTOMIZATION DONE FOR THE CO CODE IN INDIA VERSION IMG. MAINTAIN THE START MONTH FOR THE EXCISE YEAR CORRECTLY.

Please anyone suggest how to solve this issue with tcode,
