BPC - EPM Plugin not responding with IE

Hi All,

We have a user that is using the EPM plugin for Microsoft Office and whenever they log into our SAP BPC web link, locate their project within "Activities" , they will select the link and then nothing happens. The plugin has been re-installed multiple times, but yet nothing will launch. The plugin is active within IE and can select the log-in connection option within Excel fine, just does sweet F-All within IE (ANY SUGGESTIONS OR HELP!!!! - will be much appreciated)

Environment Details:

Office: Office 2013 Pro (365) (32-bit)

EPM Plugin Version: 19

Windows OS: Windows 7 Enterprise - 64-Bit

Internet Explorer: IE 11
