After upgrade to BW 7.4 BWA indexserver Crashes with query execution.

Hi - We have recently upgrade from BW 7.0 to BW 7.4. Our BWA is at 7.2 version. Post upgrade frequently our BWA indexserver crashes when users start executing query , corrupting some index. Users get the message "Cannot access Data " or BWA error message, which leads to reports being unavailable. Any urgent help would be appreciated on this.
