Checking EEO results before submitting to EEOC

Can anyone tell us the best way to check our EEO results before we submit to the EEOC? We know that the EEO-1 Report in SAP produces a certification form and the mag file to send to the EEOC, but we are hoping that we could see these results in the "Employer Information Report" format before submitting.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

We talked to a rep at the EEOC and they recommended that you submit the mag file to them and they will produce the reports and tell us what we might be missing. They said we could submit multiple times until we feel it is correct.

    Hi Patti,

You can still create a "paper" output in the format you are used to - just to look at or to store with the data. Just run the EEO-1 Report again, but check the "Paper Format" radio button at the bottom and "HR Form Display". This will produce the output you are used to seeing - one page per location.

The output in the data format is readable if you do column counts across the mass of numbers. Not easy to do, but once you figure out the location of the columns and numbers, they are constant for each location.

Remember to check the box for "Write results in EEO record" the final time you run the report. This will load the table for your "previous years totals" for next years report.

It loes look like we can use the 'HR Form Display' radio button but this program uses for EEO3 and that was not delivered with our system. We only have forms EEO1 and EEO2. I'll search release notes to see if it is included in some recent release.

If your updated on your service packs you should be able to find the reports EEO3 EEO4...etc in client 000.
