Copying TSTC BOR object to use in Transaction Launcher

Hey, guys!

I'm using SAP CRM 7.0 EHP4 and I'm trying to create a transaction launcher in the FCC business role to call a ECC TCODE.

Now, I just copied the BOR objetc TSTC to ZTSTC according to the instructions on the following link:

However, when I open the transaction launcher wizard, on the step in which I need to select the logical system and the BOR object type, object ZTSTC is not available when I select the ECC logical system. If I select "OWNLOGSYS", the ZTSTC object is available. Is there any additional step when copying the bor object for the Z* object to appear on the transaction launcher for other logical systems? (Keep in mind that I already set it to implemented and released and already generated the object)

Since I can't make it appear on the transaction launcher wizard, I'm using TSTC_PAR, which already has "Synchronous" flagged on the execute method by default. It should work, right?

Hi Arthur,

Just some additional information: instead of creating a copy of TSTC, you can directly use the BOR object TSTC_UIF as this has already the right methods.

Hello Arthur,

To launch a ECC transaction via transaction launcher, the logical system needs to be defined properly. Please check the following:

1. In the CRM system, thru transaction SM59, create a RFC destination for the ECC system
2. In the CRM system, thru transaction BD54, create the logical system. Make sure, that you use the same name as the logical system name of the ECC system
3. In the CRM system, thru transaction BD97, link the RFC destination created in SM59 with the logical system created in BD54.
4. In the CRM system, thru transaction CRMS_IC_CROSS_SYS, provide the ITS URL to connect to the ECC logical system.
