Confirm Job and Display Job List in 1709 Fully Activated Appliance

Hi Experts,

I have access to the S4 Hana 1709 Test system and running through the PM Fiori apps. For some reason I cannot get the Confirm Jobs, or Display Jobs List transactions to display anything in the grids. I have the Maintenance Technician role assigned, and have notifications and maintenance orders in the system. Are there specific conditions that must be achieved for the transaction to display orders? All the documentation I have found suggests that all the orders open should appear, any help or pointers would be gratefully received,

If you are using the webdynpro applications you have to have your PM orders printed. Once they got the status they are going to be available in Job List application as far as I know.

If this does not resolve your issue, please share some screenshots of the app or provide the link from Fiori library.

Hi Suleyman,

I was not using the Web Dynpro application, I am using the Fiori apps instead, but the solution worked all the same. I printed the order and the status changed to include TTJL (transfer to job list) and I can subsequently see them in both the Job List and Confirm Job apps.

Yes, the "print order" is the important step to see them in the "jobs" fiori apps
