No available vehicle found in Yard Monitor (lyrdm)

Hi,

I am new in WM. I made some configuration based on configuration guide. I try to create vehicle in lyrdm and check-in the vehicle and made movement in lychp. When I back to t-code, lyrdm, I choose one outbound delivery and right click mouse with assign vehicle. The system shows "No available vehicle found". However, the same vehicle can be assigned to inbound delivery.

Is there anyone can give me some advice?

Hi Jessie,

there might be several reasons for your issue.

One of these rely with data difference. This is especially true if the delivery belongs to a shipment.

eg: a different forwarding agent or a different container ID.

You may first try with fairly simple set of data.

The issue only happens on the outbound delivery and shipment order created in APO and transferred to R/3. If I manually create sales order, outbound order, and shipment order with the same shipment type to that created by APO, there is no problem to assign vehicle to outbound delivery at all.

If I delete the shipment order and keep the outbound delivery order created from APO, there is no issue too. I am wondering whether any integration point need to pay attention to between TPVS and yard management.
