Message Mapping

Hi All,

I am new to XI. I need help on message mapping. I am working with JMS to Idoc. I have a flat file with 10 format structures. Each structure has different length like below..sample i given only 5 structure formats. I created Data Type with different segments for each structure. How many Message Mappings i need to define? How I can configure the parameters in JMS ? Please help me...
