Problem downloading Crystal Reports 2008 Trial

Hello,

I'm having trouble trying to download the trial version of Crystal Reports 2008, I've filled out the form and received the email with my installation key, but neither of the download methods are working for me. The download manager says "A download was halted before completion. A resumption file was created for your convenience on the Desktop," however even clicking on that file eventually leads me to the same error.

When I choose the options to download the file without the download manager, I get redirected to a page that says:

Referral Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://downloads.businessobjects.com/akdlm/crystalreports/CrystalReports2008.zip" on this server.

I had sent an email to the support staff, but they just directed me to here, I'm hoping I can find the answer to this problem.
