PROMAN Config settings

Pls provide me config settings for PROMAN, I have searched in the forums and couldn get it...

You have to customize 3 things :

Spro -->Project System --> Material --> Project-Oriented Procurement (ProMan) --> Define Exceptions

Spro -->Project System --> Material --> Project-Oriented Procurement (ProMan) --> Define Exceptions Profile

SPRO-->Project System --> Material --> Project-Oriented Procurement (ProMan) --> Define Proman Profile

Hi,

Talking about configuration part, you can maintain proman profile by following path.

IMG-Project System-Material-Project Oriented Procurement-Define Profile

You can defined proman profile and on Views tab, click on relevant checkboxes which u wish to see.

Then in cnmm transaction click on top WBS element and then you will be able to see all data pertaining components,orders/docs,activities/elements,qunatities,date.And this data will be displayed immediately without taking any time.

Try this and let me know if it works.

For proman you don't need to make any configuration, because it can work on standard option. You can only check 2 things in configuration

ProMan profile - which docs should be read from dbase and which shoud be vied,

and

exeption profile - where you can define when traffic lights should appear in excepional situations.

This ProMan config node is not available in SPRO. We are using ECC 6.0 Version.

What we have to do ? BASIS F1 ?

Hi Swapnil,

Refer to Basis, he needs to activate the service in SICF t-code for PROMAN.

HI Sudhir,

I tried to create an exception profile but how to write the rule ? can you give one sample rule ?

Also, the material assigned to a particular Network of a WBS can be seen only by selecting that WBS. How to see the various materials assigned to networks of different levels of WBS can be seen at topmost WBS ?
