AUC-Settlement

Hi Gurus,

can any one tell me the steps of AUC along with settlement (I.O)

I need detailed explanation- like which gl a/c has to create what are the seetings need to do for internal order..

Hi

Steps for creating an AUC and then settle it to Asset.

Create AUC Asset Class with Investment Measure - OAOA

2. Create Internal Order - KO01 as Real Internal Order

3. Book Expenses to Internal Order through FB60/MIRO

4. During the month end process settle it to AUC through KO88.

5.AIAB - Distribute

6.AIBU- Settle

AUC complete

1. Change the status of Internal Order to Tech. Completed in KO02.

2. Finally settel the expenses from AUC to final asset through KO88.

3.AIAB - Distribute

4.AIBU- Settle

5.Close internal order status to CLSD.
