Attribute set "LIFETIME_VALUE" locked by user "ALECOMMS".

Hi geeks,

I am getting the Attribute set "LIFETIME_VALUE" locked by user "ALECOMMS" error during the function module CRM_MKTBP_CHANGE_BP.

LIFETIME_VALUE is the attribute set name and ALECOMMS is the user name.

I am unable to figure out the reason why. Please help.
