alternative historical data from SAP BW

hi

we required to get data from BW to R/3 for forecast. we have created query in BW.

but in R/3 when we execute MCW_AA tcode, the target system is not getting populated. there is valid and working RFC connection to BW.

its says "No target system could be found in the ALE connections that is a BW system with at least release 21C.

how to close this loop?
