Distribution error

Dear all

I have done required things for document distribution. It is working fine in sandbox that is email is going to recipient.

In testing client when I am sending the document- initial order will get generated.

Recipient is not receiving an email.

In my Inbox email is coming with following details.

Sub:- Workflow 386083 set to status ERROR

Please repair the suspended workflow.

ID: 386083

Work Item Text: PMO Maintenance planner


Language: E

Press 'Execute' to display the workflow that has errors.

I am not finding Execute button.

Please help

    It seems Workflow is incomplete.

    It can also be seen from TC CV03N. Display the doument and

    goto the top left corner and press the button "Service for Object". Here, you can choose workflow and can see the workflow sequences and the respective statuses. you can also view the workflow to see what is wrong.

    You can use TC SOST to check the mail format which is pending to send from SAP to your inbox.

    Also, on test client you can first execute standrad distribution

    (TC CVI8). if it is not working, please check the workflow settings with BASIS team.
