Issue related to vendor hierarchy

Hi all,

Is it necessary to maintain a class for vendor which is included in vendor hierarchy(010 vendor class)?

Coz i cant see the vendor hiererchy in datasource 0vendor_lkls_hier.

i need to extract vendor hierarchy to BI.Can u plz tell me the steps for creating vendor hierarchy at ECC side so dat its visible in the datasource 0vendor_lkls_hier.
