How to grey out a Toolbar

Hi there!

Customer need is to grey out a toolbar in a result table, based on a simple boolean condition.

Can that be done in any way ?

The functionality is a URL - link, that should only be active when it generates a valid URL for a track-and-trace solution for orders. (System action = Hyperlink)

Anybody?
