Unable to find out IDOC number or Payload based on Message ID in SAP PI

Hi All,

We are getting the PI Alerts for error, While clicking Monitoring URL , we are unable to find out IDoc number or IDoc XML or No Messages are available for selected filter criteria

Scenario: SAP ABAP to P to 3rd Party (Asy and with Mapping)

Hi Venkat,

Is this the case for all the error or only this interface Determination did not yield any actual interface error?

If it is happening only for this error then the messages is not even reached PI. The error is due to the message/Idoc coming from SAP system doesn't meet the routing condition you are maintaining in your Integrated Configuration (ICO). So the message may be blocked in the SAP system due to no receiver found.

Can you check your sender communication channel for the error?

We are unable to track through Message ID in Sender Communication channel, Because we can see only 25 row in Communication monitiring, Per Min more then 100 messages will process in Sender IDoc Channel.

Do you have any routing conditions in your ICO? Can you see other messages than this scenario by clicking the messageID?

Yes, We have Routing Conditions.

Yes as I replied in the earlier email, it did not even reached PI system, So you cannot see the message. Please go to Tcode SM58 and check for the message , It should be stuck there because the triggered IDoc might not satisfied with the routing condition.

Provide the PI system port in the TRFC Destination and check for the dates in which the issue occurred you will find the messages there with commit fault error.sm58.jpg

I have informed to Basis team allready,Becaiuse we don't have access.BASIS team will (SM58) reset or clear Queue's, then issue will fixed.

Hi,

In ICO -->Inbound Processing --> remove SWCV and save and activate.
