Extended Notification

Hi Guru's,

I'm facing some issues in exteneded notification,

Actually when i'm execute a program RSWUWFML2 it'll send a extended notification to our mail but work item consider the attachment i'm not able to deliver with attachemnt in mail similarly i need to change the layout of the mail which i received in standard format to given below format whether it's possible.

Purchase Request # : PURCHASE REQ NUMBER

Created By : CREATED BY

Requested BY : REQUISITIONER

Total Amount : TOTAL AMOUNT

Released By : LAST APPROVER

u2018Approver has rejected the Purchase Request u2013 Req#

Kindly check for the reason of rejection at

Menubar->Header->Text->Text Overview->Header

Hi,

your requirement of changing the descrption and content of the task has got nthing to do with Extended notif.

just go to the task and change as per your requirement .Whatever you get on SAP side into your Inbox,you will get the same in your Outlook thru' Extn.Notif, nothing's changed. It just integrates SAP -->Outlook mail. That's all.
