Long Term Planning

Hi Gurus,

My client requirements is like this,

1. For one year Sales Plan will be created ( monthly qty. planned)

2. Long Term planning will be done for the high lead time material.(150 days lead time for the raw material)

3. Monthly qty will be break up in to day wise and planned orders will be created for the day wise requirement.

I have done the following procedure to do the Long Term planning,

1. I have entered the sales plan in MD61 under one version 01.

2. I have created a Long Term planning Scenario 101 in MS31 (Here i have given the PIR version 01 and the planning period) saved and released.

3. In MS32, i have activated the PIR. (Here i have given the Target version 00, in this 00 version only i will do the operative planning)

4.In MS02, i did the Long term planning run.

5.Planned orders have been created for all the materials related to that BOM.

6. I did MD43 for the raw material which is having long lead time.

In this step i am trying to do "copy simulative LT planned orders".

Here the system is not showing any planned order related to the rawmaterial. But i am able to see the planned orders in MS04.

Please correct me and give me a step by step procedure.
