Set Workflow for Deactivation/Deletion of Technical Objects

Hi Guys,

Anyone out there manage to make this new function work? I am interested in the functionality it provides but doesn't seem to get a clear guide on how to make it work.

Hi,

I have recently implemented this. Activate EQUI-DELETED triggering event for the Workflow Template WS00800023. This Workflow then creates Work Items. Work Items that have Dialog Only will be in READY state and the other work items will be COMPLETED automatically. You will also have to activate the subsequent workflow that are triggered depending upon what functionality you are using(WS00800044 & WS00800058).

You can also assign Custom Tasks or Workflow according to you required but that is building the entire custom workflow and is altogether a different conversation. Please let me know if this helped you or need more information on this.

It is the new configuration of workflow for deactivation/deletion of technical object. The solution will be able to send a workflow of the data that is related to the deletion of a technical object. I need some advise on the steps needed to make this work.

I played around with it but does not seem to be able to get a workflow generated.
