Adding User Friendly Links to Welcome page in SRM portal.

My requirement here is that, the welcome page of EBP must have some 4 links that should have document links to it , the document links that we can immediately think of is "Preferred Supplier list", "End user Help guide for EBP", Catalog "help guide for EBP". Add those links to the EBP welcome page with the document links that need to open up upon clicking.

I dont know how to go about this.
