Crystal Report XI Product key

Dear All,

i was purchased the Crystal reports XI Developer and installed in few workstation.

right now,i use the same product key to install to another new pc ,but system prompt me "invalid product key".

same product key was installed in few computer and manage to use but when i reinstall the software but system gave me invalid product key?

anyone can help?
