Issue with calendar

Good Night,

I have the following issue.

An employee belongs to a Personnel Areas 'MTY1' Monterrey(Mexico) that have the calendar of US however as here this the module of PS(Project System), the employee can is assign to a project of GUAD Guadalajara(Mexico) that have the calendar of MX.

The question is following: ¿ What I do here?

I have that do in the HR a change organitational?

Hi,

You have to run the Organizational Assignment action and assign the employee to the said personnel area and personnel subareas having that calander. which applies to thae employees. Make sure that you dont change the payroll area and basic pay infotype if that other personnel area is assigned to a different payroll area.

This can also be doneby using substitutions if employee is transerred for a short time or generate WSR for that employee with the offs on the said holidays in different calander.

I have the following issue, in the project in where is in Mexico, is a personal area that work with the calendar of USA and other with the calendar of México, But they said that a of the personal area that work with the calendar of USA also work with the calendar of MX.

All this is because that when the employes that is with the calendar of USA want register a leave that this in a day festive the system not permit, because the calendar of the employee is with the of mexico.

at single time we can assign only one calendar. can you brief about the problem.

In the enterprise is the module of PS and HR. They have since 2 months ago project in the Personnel Areas that work and this customizing for wok with the calendar of US three project that only work with the calendar of MX, but they want in the system appear the calendar of MX, but as in the system is configurated for work with calendar of US because this is the agreement in the blueprint.

I want an idea for give to the user final, if SAP can or not do this.
