When setting up Help in English (US) for Local installation for a client, the following error message occurs

Internal Error -217

Hi Lisa,

I am not quite clear on this exact scenario, but I will outline some points to note when setting up Help on a client..

- Please make sure the path for the Help file is correct, please refer

to attached SAP Note 896944 if the path needs to be changed.

- Delete every file and folder in folder

..\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One\Help\ (to be done in the affected

workstation)

- Configure the Help Settings to Local Installation (the system will

newly download the help file from the shared folder)

- Check the security settings of your web-browser (mark your

shared folder as trusted site).

What are you trying as part of the Setup process.

When you look at Help > Help Settings and if the Shared Folder Radio Button is checked try to change it Local Installation
