Change Request Management- Transport request import issue

Hi all,

I just completed the configuration of Charm in Solman 7.0 SP16 system. My satellite systems are R3 640 SP 15 level.

After this configuration, i am not able to do manual import of transport from Development R3 to Quality R3.

Import option in stms-- > Import overview -- > Request (menu) -- > import is disabled.

I need to configure charm in such way that transport request must be imported from both solman and manually also.

Kindly advice me

regards

Naveen kumar

    Hi Naveen,

In the Import que,set the Target client from Request->Target Client->set Target client.Once you set the target client, will be able to see the import truck icon.

    Please revert for any clarifications,

    Regards,

    Avinash.

    Hi Naveen,

I´m afraid that you cannot configure the systems this way. ChaRM is intended to control all changes in the landscape after go-live.

    It is standard ITIL scenario.
