Totals and subtotals in Blocked ALV report

Hi All,

I don't see the usual menu which we get in the ALV while using blocked ALV.

I am creating a blocked ALV report and have a requirement of calculating totals and subtotals of the first ALV report.

What is the procedure, could some one send me the simple test code.
