Ticket creation from email

Does anyone know if its possible to have a ticket created in SAP Solution Manager from an email. Say you create a generic email address sap.support @ yourcompany.com and anytime an email is sent to this address it automatically takes the email and transforms it into a ticket. I know other systems have this capability but cannot find anything for about it for Solution Manager. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hi Rob,

    Up to now, I do not know any feature like this. I think the option you have is to access the message creation screen using the Web interface.
