Send Mail with outlook local from SAP in Remote App

Hi

I need to configure SAP, Outlook and SAP Remote App so that users can send emails (of individual documents from SAP or send massively), either via the pec address or via email address.

I have configured the sending email through outlook from the general parameters.

With this configuration, the user connects to the terminal server and, by opening the outlook client installed on the server, sends the documents massively.

I have to make sure that from the remote app the user can send emails using the outlook client installed on his computer (and not the client installed on the server).

How can I proceed?

.To the best of my understanding, this is not possible as there is no way for the SAP Business One client running remotely to call the Outlook client on the local machine - they are running in 2 separate environments effectively and cannot communicate the way you want.

The only way this will work is if you allow Outlook to run on the remote desktop session as well - this is what we have had to do in our cloud environment
