How to restrict custom text to flow from Sales document to Sales document

Dear Guru's,

I need to create a custom text (in Text tab of header) in Quotation (Q), which should flow to a Contract (C) on creating with reference and should not be editable and when i create a new contract (C1) with reference to old contract (C) the text should not flow.

For this scenario, i have created a new Text and added to Quotation (Q) and was able to make it flow from Quotation (Q) to Contract (C).

I need your help in

1. Making the custom text in Contract (C) restricted to edit.

2. Restricting the text to flow from Contract (C) to Contract (C1).

I have searched various blogs but couldn't find solution for above two points. Any suggestions on existing blogs or solution for this problem is greatly appreciated.

Hi,

if you check the access sequence of the Text id you are using there is a field- requirement,where you can write your own logic in the Routine

and one more option-Data Transfer
