assigning project team to a WBS element

Dear Experts,

please i want to assign persons to my WBS element without maintaining the work centre.Can you tell me the procedure to do so.

Hi,

1) Select the project in Project planning board and select the Top level WBS Which u need to assign the person.

2) In WBS Element screen, u get a small Box Icon saying WBS in the bottom of the screen (Project team for WBS Element) Click the same.

3) In next screen, you get a disply of WBS Element. Keep the cursor on said WBS Element, select assignment Tab on Top and select create.

You get a screen, stating that, you want to assign from organisation, person or position level.

Select the way you required to assign and save it.

Can you please share Screenshot because i can't see WBS Element in the bottom of Top Level WBS element
