How can I stop auto-replenishment from transferring entire bin locations?

Hello esteemed Colleagues - I am setting up an auto-replenishment process and for some reason the replenishment quantity is not being transferred from the source storage type, the entire bin quantity is being transferred.

For example, part number 123456 has a replenishment quantity of 300 pcs. and a max bin quantity of 300 pcs (min qty of 1.). The material is stored in two storage types, 050 which is the replenishment source and 051 which is the destination or recipient of the auto-replenishment.

I am fairly certain I have the replenishment configuration set up correctly...could the cause of this be associated with the storage type configuration of the source storage type? The source storage type has the 'complete stock removal' indicator checked, but should that matter with auto-replenishment settings? Any suggestions for this problem would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

Hello Mona Lisa - Your image is correct however I cannot change that setting for the source storage type. It could cause problems with other business processes. At one time I thought I had this issue resolved but we had to reverse a bunch of configuration for a project and when i 're-imported' the configuration it stopped working.

Do you have any suggestions?

"complete stock removal'

Do you mean the setting at storage type level, if yes then observation is right try replicating the scenario without "Full stock removal
