Crystal Report Server XI release 1 Single Sign On problem with Windows AD

I can't get single sign on (SSO) working for Crystal Reports Server XI release 1 (CMC using Windows AD. I have followed the admin guide provided with the software, but get the logon screen each time I want to view a document using opendocument.aspx (.NET version).

This forum topic (☆t=0) recommends applying service packs to release 1, but I don't see any listed under the downloads section of this website. Could someone advise on i)what the specific problem with single sign on is for this release? I can provide more information on component versions if required; and ii)what action I should take to resolve the problem.

Many thanks

    Hi Brendan,

Yes SSO was broken on the initial release of XIR1. You can patch to any SP 1,2,3, etc to resolve. I recommend the latest.

You will have to have either access to the SMP portal or [ESD|].
