Dialog Programming

I m making a module program where m displaying data from a database table.when I enter emp num in the first field and press enter.. all relevant details of that emp are displayed in corresponding fields.

what I want is that I need to have a forward and back button so that it can display all emp records one by one by clicking on fwd/back button and so forth

Kindly give me an idea on this!
