Information related to SRM project needed

Hi all,

1)Please tell me as a SRM technofunctional to what percentage of ABAP is required, what percentage of Workflow is required and what percentage of functional knowledge required.

2)I also heard that older technologies like BSP and ITS which were used in SRM projects initially are now replaced by some advance technology.

Please tell me the technology which are used in place of these earlier technology.

3)Please tell me if workflow is replaced by webflow for SRM projects.
