Error in Total Compensation statement in Portal

Hi Experts,

I am unable to see the Total Compensation Statement for employee in portal whereas Salary Statement is working fine.

The error is "Error in displaying Form".

I have alraedy activated the form in "Form Using HR Forms Editor (PE51)".

Can anybody tell me where I am wrong.
