one user facing problem in opening ESS Home Page

Hi All,

One Portal user is facing in opening the ESS Pages. When other users login into the portal, the ESS pages(leave, salary slip, work time) all pages are opening fast. When one particular user logs into the portal, it lakes long time to open all the ess pages. I have deleted the user in portal and R/3 and created again, but still that user is facing the same problem.

Can anyone faced the same problme can help me.
