SAP PM Task List Attachements

Hi,

I would like to reach out to see if there is a way to have the attachments I enter into a PM task list to be available in the Work Order attachments instead of having to go into the planning tab then into the maintenance plan to access the task list and then the attachments?

Hi Terry,

You need to have the attachments created as PRT documents in Task List, so this will be transferred to your order.

PRT file? Those files are mainly for 3-D? The attachments i would like to be transferred are Procedural documents and URL links. Is this possible?
