Is there any Online-Help or Document for Role 'SAP_BBP_STAL_PURCHASER' Function 'redistribute workload'?

And is therd any BADI for this function? We need a function to change SC organization data which includes:Company Code, Pur Org and Pur Grp. Many thanks.
