Unable to Launch Interaction Center

Hi I am trying to login using a User,but unable to launch the interaction center.

We sorted out and found that the user deosnt have the correct webclient profile assigned.

We are now told to go to tcode PPOMA_CRM and assign the user to the orgunit/position that has an XXX as an existing weblcinet profile attribute.

IN PPOMA_CRM,How can i find to which org unit/position is XXX assigned as an webclient profile?

    1. In PPOMA_CRM search for the ORG_UNIT

    2. On the right hand side view select the ORG_UNIT or POSITION and from the menu path Goto->Detail Object->Enhanced Object Description

    3. In this screen you will be able to see if the infotype name "IC Web Client Profile" is maintained or not.

    In case you are using CRM5.1 onwards system. Then to assign your self a business role go to the transaction SU3

    1. Click on the Parameters tab.

    2. Enter the parameter ID as CRM_UI_PROFILE and a parameter value as one of the business role e.g. SALESPRO, SERVICEPRO, IC_AGENT etc.

    3. Save your changes.
