SAP not reccevinig SolMan ITSM Attachment when we reply back to SAP

Dear all,

When we from ITSM on Solution Manager replying incident back to SAP and attach some dokument in to incident. SAP can receiving incident, but cant fins the attach dokument.

Somewho SAP can not find oures dokument in incident.

Can anyone advice in this problem?

Hi Reza Ejersbo

There is a background job(standard) provided by SAP which will transfer the attachment from your solman to sap oss system.

the name of the job is SM:LONG FILE EXT DOWNLOAD and below the sap note (894279 - Background processing in SAP Solution Manager)reference for you

Please check the documentation to get more info and make sure this is scheduled in your system as part of your basic standard jobs in Solman_setup automatic activity.
