Edit is not possible for some service orders

Hi Experts,

When i am trying to edit service orders which are created in sap crm it is giving message that "Document is being distributed, changes are not possible".

at queue level it has been cleared.

Note: it is for some service orders only not for all.

please any body help me out ASAP
